Morse Industries provides a total solution for your extrusion needs. We can help you engineer your designs, create dies and extrude vinyl products to your specifications. Unlike other extruders, we have the ability to manage the inventory of your finished products in one of our warehouses for just-in-time delivery.
Our goal is to give our customers a feel for what is required to have a custom profile produced. Lead times must be calculated after all factors are considered.
Material and Finishing
- Three basic material styles include rigid, semi-rigid and flexible compounds (or a combination known as co-extrusions)
- Materials come in several grades including interior and exterior pvc
- Can be run in almost any color or color matched
- Finishes range from high gloss, semi-gloss, to flat
- The durometer of the vinyl indicates the softness or hardness of the extrusion
