Vinyl Extrusions

For over 20 years, manufacturers have relied on Morse Industries to produce the highest quality vinyl extrusions for a variety of needs. We work as a "full service" organization. Our sales and design consultants assist in taking your order from design, to construction of dies and tooling, through production, fabrication, finishing and then follow through until your vinyl extrusions reach your receiving door. Unlike other extruders, we have the ability to manage the inventory of your finished vinyl extrusions in one of our national facilities for just-in-time delivery. Our goal is to give our customers a feel for what is required to have a custom profile produced. Considering the amount of variables involved (finishing, fabrication, packaging, etc.), the stated numbers may vary. Lead times must be calculated after all factors are considered.

Vinyl Extrusions: Tooling and die charges vary greatly depending upon the complexity of the profile. Simple one stage dies can start at $700. Two stage (hollow) and more complex dies can start at $1,200

Vinyl Extrusions Material and Finishing: There are three basic vinyl extrusion material styles. These include rigid, semi-rigid and flexible compounds (or a combination known as co-extrusions). Materials come in several grades including interior and exterior pvc. Vinyl extrusions can be run in almost any color or color matched. Finishes range from high gloss, semi-gloss, to flat. The durometer of the vinyl indicates the softness or hardness of the extrusion.
