CNC Fabrication
Morse Industries Computer Numerical Control (CNC) fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, punching and brake forming. The process offers flexibility for manufacturing runs in low volumes, often without the high costs associated with other processes.
Common Uses
Many new parts can be "prototyped" using CNC to test product viability. Then high volume production can be turned over to casting, stamping or injection moulding.
CNC also can be used to provide secondary fabrication to cast, stamped or injection moulded products to further enhance their complex nature.
