Bee Hive Glass

Morse Industries provides high quality, bump-formed glass railings for residential and commercial applications. Morse glass railings provide clear, unobstructed views and beautiful accents to balconies, homes, decks and commercial buildings. Using glass as a structural baluster has increased in popularity as people have searched for alternatives to obstructed picket systems. We provide a wide range of services to help make your glass railing project a success. In-house railing technicians serve as your point-of-contact and are available to answer questions pertaining to glass railing and your project. Your Morse technician can also coordinate CAD and shop drawing services, as well as independent engineering services for your unique situation.

Our handrails deliver the strength you need and the beauty you want for the finishing touch on all your commercial or residential installations. Glass railing systems are created for use with ½" or ¾" tempered glass panels as structural balusters. Glass railing components are available in polished and brushed stainless steel, brass and aluminum (including end caps, internal splice connectors and mitered corners).

Our unique top rail is bump-formed using precision tooling, allowing for a tighter tolerance to be held with respect to the diameter of the glass rail. This special process forms the metal around a radius die, ensuring the metal stays in place within a tolerance of 31/1000th of an inch without springing back after the rail is formed. This allows a smoother installation of end-to-end glass railing connections of top rail, splices, corners, and end caps.
