Morse Industries provides a total solution for your extrusion needs. We help you engineer your designs, create dies and extrude aluminum products to your specifications. Unlike other extruders, we have the ability to manage the inventory of your finished products in one of our warehouses for just-in-time delivery.
Our goal is to give our customers a feel for what is required to have a custom profile produced. Lead times must be calculated after all factors are considered.
Alloys
The most common alloys we provide are 6063, 6463, 6061 and 6005. Common tempers include T1, T4, T5, T6 and T832. Temper numbers indicate the age hardening of aluminum.
Finishings & Coatings
We offer the following colors (polished bright chrome, bright chrome, polished bright gold, bright gold, clear satin, mill finish, dark bronze, oil rub bronze, oil rub bronze metallic, brushed nickel, black and white).
